Duration: One year

The course is made up of two semesters. In the first semester the students are offered following subjects: Finance and accounting, Human Resource Management, Functional and Communicative English, Basic Computer Applications and Life Skills. In the second semester the subjects will be: Customer Relationship Management, Office Management, Functional and Communicative English, Advanced Computer Applications and Soft Skills.
The ITES sector notably is the fastest-growing segment within the IT-BPM sector.

This course enables the students to have full theoretical and practical knowledge on CRM (client relationship management), Human Resource Management, Financial Management and Office Management.The college is equipped with an ITES lab exclusively for this programme. The curriculum is framed in consultation with sector skills council (NASSCOM)The National Association of Software and Services Companies, top MNC companies and Academia. The student is directly recruited to the companies on completion of the assessment by NASSCOM. A student can get access to nearly 2000 ITES companies in Bangalore and can move into job roles such as CRM Executive, HR Executive, HR Payroll, HR Recruitment, Financial Analyst and Office Assistant or Executive.
