The Course is made up of two semesters. In the first semester the students are offered following subjects: Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Functional and Communicative English, Computer Applications - I and Life Skills. In the second semester the subjects will be: House Keeping and Hospitality and Bakery Production, Functional and Communicative English, Computer Applications – II and Soft Skills.

The objective is to recognize and prepare students to join Hotel and Hospitality Industry. The students are primarily trained for entry level jobs in Food Production, F&B Service, Bakery Production, Housekeeping, Event Management and Front Office Management. We have tied up with Indian Institute of Hotel Management for best practices in training and use of facilities. A student can look into a career in hotels like ITC Gardenia, Ritz Carlton, Manipal County, Nandana Hotels, Cafe Coffee Day Outlets etc.
