My name is Hemalatha, I studied Banking and Finance at St Joseph Skill Academy, where I took on leadership responsibilities as the Class Representative of my course.I actively participated in various extracurricular activities and won multiple awards in dancing, debate competitions, kho-kho, volleyball, fire-less cooking, and more. I successfully passed out with first-class in Banking and Finance. From college, I got placed in a reputed organization—Forte Management Services—as an HR Specialist, where I worked for one year. I then moved to BN Financial Services as Financial Advisor. Currently, I am working at Grassroots Solutions and Services as an HR Specialist. At just 19 years old, I feel incredibly proud and empowered to be an HR professional in the corporate world. Alongside my career, I am also pursuing my B.Com (1st year) at St. Anne’s Evening College.
